Our company, led by Scott and Clark Balderson, has a long-standing history in Wamego, Kansas. While our former business, Balderson Inc., was sold to Caterpillar in 1990 and subsequently renamed Caterpillar Work Tools, we want to clarify that Dymax operates independently and is not affiliated with Caterpillar’s departure.

Since acquiring Dymax in 1997, we have focused on designing and manufacturing specialized work tool attachments for construction machinery, delivering job-matched products with unmatched quality. Our railway division further exemplifies our commitment to innovation, providing high-quality attachments, vehicles and specialty rail carts, including first-of-its-kind hi-rail systems, to enhance the efficiency of rail transits, contractors and railroads.
