Side Dump Machinery Cart

DymaxRail’s Side Dump Attachment Solution is designed for efficient ballast and rip rap transport, featuring 8×24 and 8×40 cart systems that house one or two side dump tubs with up to 20 cubic yards capacity. Integrated stabilizers and derail bars ensure safe dumping, while bolted connections allow quick removal, converting the cart for machinery and supply transport in minutes.

Available in the following configurations:

  • 8×24 (25T) Machinery Cart with ramps and removable side dump attachment.
  • 8×40 (40T) Machinery Cart with ramps and 1 or 2 side dump attachments.
  • DymaxRail High Performance Machinery Cart: Available in 8×24 (25T) or 8×40 (40T) capacities featuring advanced stabilization, machinery loading ramps and side dump attachment to maximize your operational capabilities.
  • Advanced Railgear: DymaxRail high performance railgear with specialized bogie design for smooth curve navigation on 8×40 models.
  • Air Brake Systems: Designed for seamless integration with hi-rail trucks and railcar movers.
  • Side Dump Attachments:
    • 8×24 – Select (1) 16 to 21 foot side dump box
    • 8×40 – Select (1) 21 foot or (2) 16 foot side dump boxes for max capacity.
  • Hydraulic Power Unit: High performance power unit with variable pump for reduced dumping cycle time. Operate ramps, side dump attachment and stabilizers.
