Rail Handler SG provides safe handling of rail:

The DymaxRail Handler SG handles rail up to 50 feet in length and provides improved safety and performance. Unlike rail that slides out from Grapples the Dymax Rail Handler SG features an over center lock design with ensuring positive grip when handling all types of rail and insulated joints commonly known as IJs. Unload railcars or place rail to and from collective piles. The Rail Handler SG can be adapted to Grapple Trucks, Backhoe Loaders and Excavators. Contact DymaxRail Sales for more information.

Dymax Rail Handler SG360 features integrated 360 degree dangling hydraulic positioner and positive lock technology for handling rail types of all sizes. Ideal for grapple trucks and crane machinery using single pin or clevis type adapters.

Dymax Rail Handler SGTRQ is suited for working with tiltrotator coupler systems on backhoe or excavator machinery.

Hydraulic Requirements

Dymax Rail Handler SG60, SG360 for excavators requires multi-circuit hydraulics. Rotational models are provided with electro-hydraulic valve kit with control group standard. Installation is required for wiring harness. SGTRQ models only require 1 circuit for operation.
