STABLE FOUNDATION:

The JCB Hydradig Rail Excavator was engineered to be different from the ground up. Unlike conventional wheeled excavators the JCB Hydradig features a specialized chassis that places the power unit below the upper canopy and greatly lowering the machines center of gravity. Combine this with Dymax Rail Rider stabilizers and you get best in class stability over front and over side.

INTEGRATED HI-RAIL:

Engineered tough and built to last the Dymax Rail Rider system features the latest in hi-rail technology including hydraulic stabilizers, spring applied brakes, precision machined railgear with spring suspension, directional lighting, railgear position in cab indicator, push button steering shut off and remote control.

MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS:

The JCB Hydradig Rail Excavator easily handles a multitude of tasks including track undercutting, ballast tamping, crosstie changeouts, cribbing, tree and brush clearing, general excavation, track sweeping and cleaning and it only starts there. The possibilities are endless.

MACHINE REQUIREMENTS

Available for only dual blade equipped machines.
For best performance your JCB Hydradig will require Delcora Spaceless Dual Tires. The following upgrades are also required: Ensure your machine is set up with the high pressure relief circuit with cartridges capable of 4,000psi.
JCB offers an optional factory installed steering shut off valve. If this valve is not installed on your machine, please note that it will add to the lead time during the installation process of the railgear.
