DymaxRail Customized Ballast Tamper solutions are based upon popular North American production tamper workheads. Models are available in a 2 motor design or 4 motor design. Available to fit Backhoe Loaders and Excavators. Excellent for spot tamping applications on mainline track. Contact DymaxRail sales for customized tamper solutions.

Two Motor Tamper Custom:

DymaxRail Custom Ballast Tamper model 360×2 is ideal for backhoe loaders and 12T excavator machines working in mainline track construction. Excellent power and performance. Equipped with replaceable carbide protected tamping tines.

Four Motor Tamper Custom:

DymaxRail Custom Ballast Tamper model 360×4 features full rotation system and is available to fit 14-30T excavator machines. Featuring four motors with integrated flow divider and other specialty valves, this tamper is ideal in main line track construction. Equipped with replaceable carbide protected tamping tines.

DymaxRail custom designed tamper products for construction machinery require multi-circuit hydraulics. DymaxRail cannot guarantee motor performance on this particular style of tamping workhead when mounted to construction equipment. If you have questions please contact Dymax Sales for more information. Your machine needs to meet the following requirements for proper operation of the DymaxRail work tool attachment listed.

CIR1 = Primary Circuit – The primary function of the work tool attachment

CIR2 = Secondary Circuit – The secondary function of the work tool attachment

CIR3 = Third Circuit – DymaxRail provided electro-hydraulic control group with valve integrated to the work tool attachment.
