As the demand grows for rebuilding century old infrastructure the need for moving big specialized machinery, supplies and personnel is at an all time high. DymaxRail Shuttle Transports enable rail networks and contractors mobilize fleets of equipment and personnel to remote worksites faster and more efficiently.

Available in 3 distinct models including: DrillRig Shuttle for moving specialized machines to perform foundation work, Transfer Shuttles with optional articulating work cranes and Crane Shuttles for moving large oversized cranes.

DrillRig Shuttle

  • Excellent for moving specialized machines such as excavators with drill rigs up to 90,000 lbs.
  • Hydraulic side shifting table with stabilizers and smart control systems to avoid fouling of adjacent line tracks.
  • Can be powered through hydraulics of the excavator or
    power unit.

DECK FRAME CONSTRUCTION

40 feet overall length x 50 ton capacity; uniform-load rated constructed with hi-strength beams, and replaceable wood deck with d-ring tie downs and lift rings. Frame width is 102 inches and provided with swingouts that make the overall width on rail 120 inches.

BASE RAIL SYSTEMS

Hydrostatic drive with rear trailing oscillation bolster for improved turn navigation. Three axle with tow-hub package on drive axle system.

18-20 MPH maximum speed. Speed varies depending on grades and loads pulled.

POWERSYSTEMS & CONTROLS

140-174HP Tier 4 Final with hydrostatic drive. Features cab controls standard with option of remote.
